Classes for your Truck Drivers & Couriers
BASIC
INDIRECT AIR CARRIER SECURITY TRAINING
We have designed this IACSSP course especially for all indirect air carriers’ in-house and contract drivers and couriers. It gives them the specific training and knowledge they need to insure compliance with the TSA’s Indirect Air Carrier Standard Security Program as it relates specifically to them.
Why should my drivers take this course?
The TSA, through the IACSSP, requires that you train all of your employees and vendors, with a "need to know", including drivers.Why should I care if my trucking company is following the IACSSP?
You, as an IAC, are responsible for the actions of your agents. You accepted that responsibility when you signed your IACSSP. If the TSA sites a driver for a violation your company gets the civil penalty not the trucking company.
Who pays for this course?
This is up to you. But we suggest that you make it a requirement of doing business with your trucking companies and couriers and have them pay the tuition.Classes
